What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the details you enter in the form: product requirements (including preferred delivery terms, delivery window, packaging wishes and any target price), delivery country and city, company name, contact person, email, and optionally phone number, business type and your message. We also store the time of the enquiry and the language you used.
Why
We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry and to coordinate a possible quotation with Norwegian suppliers. We do not sign you up for marketing. You receive one automatic confirmation email when the enquiry is saved.
Sharing
Relevant requirement details may be shared with seafood suppliers in order to request a quotation. Your details are not sold.
Storage
Enquiries are stored securely in our hosting provider’s database and are not publicly accessible. We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the purpose above.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact details for the data controller will be published here before the enquiry form goes live.
